Scope Of Responsibility
- Programme, participation and delivery coordination with Saudi institutions and organising teams
- Site inspections, room layouts, technical requirements and installation schedule
- Stage and corporate branding implementation
- On-site responsibility for the main hall, foyer and B2B meeting areas
- Programme timing, room changeovers, simultaneous activities and protocol movements

Two days, more than 500 participants. Forum sessions, sectoral panels, high-level meetings, a roundtable and bilateral business meetings, with a gala dinner on the evening before the forum.
