Project Overview
The opening of Şölen Chocolate’s new high-tech production facility was planned as a programme with official and senior-level participation. Support was provided to integrate protocol and on-site requirements into the preparations led by the company and its existing event agency.

Client-side project and protocol consultancy for the opening programme.
Scope Of Responsibility
- Site inspection and readiness assessment
- Planning of official arrivals, entry and guest flow
- Integrated coordination of the ceremony, factory visit and official luncheon
- On-site liaison with ministry protocol and security teams
- Follow-up on decisions between the corporate team, agency and factory management
- Reorganisation of preparations following a change to the event date
Project Scale
600+guests
The opening welcomed more than 600 guests, including the Minister of Industry and Technology and senior local officials. Official participation was integrated throughout the arrivals, ceremony, factory visit and meal programme.
