Project Overview
DEİK’s Education Economy Business Council participated in the EAIE 2022 international education conference and exhibition in Barcelona with 25 Turkish universities. The Study in Türkiye pavilion provided a shared promotional and meeting space connecting the universities with international higher education professionals.
Merve Çelenk’s Role
Pavilion production, installation and exhibition-floor operations.
Scope Of Responsibility
- Translation of the approved pavilion design into technical production requirements
- Pavilion budget and liaison with the producer and local suppliers
- Coordination with the exhibition organiser, delegation hotel and transfers
- Installation in Barcelona, final checks and on-site pavilion oversight throughout the exhibition
- Venue and technical preparations for accompanying programmes
Project Scale
120 m²pavilion area
The 120 m² Study in Türkiye pavilion hosted the universities’ participation in the three-day exhibition from 14 to 16 September. The programme also included a panel, reception and international networking meetings.
